Helpful, friendly people made it a good move-in experience

The young lady at the public storage site in Brooklyn Park was polite, patient as it was my first time actually using these services for myself, I have helped my daughters before using it. She reviewed all materials with me so I could understand it and just simply helpful and professional as well.

Chez was very helpful. She was the reason we chose storing with you as opposed to alternatives. She was professional and knowledgeable. I know it sounds trite, but those are qualities I want my business partners to display. Thank you

Good costumer service

I don't know anything about you but this is the second "review" for Public Storage I have received. EVERYTHING with Public Storage went wonderfully smooth.

Sarah was and is still being helpful to me in term of making sure that I understand everything about public storage at this location. The first day she showed me the storage area, we took a nice ride in her golf cart. It was my first time on a golf cart and it was fun.

Sarah was so helpful to us, she went above and beyond her normal duties to help us get a fair price for our storage, we will be forever grateful to her. She was professional and courteous in every way. I totally recommend this facility.

Service was fast and customer service was great. Great location for shopping and getting things you want.
