Great customer service, but the facility is space less. It hard to moving in your stuffs because it inside a building. It extremely difficult to move your belongings especially if you are on 2 floor.

Actual inside dimensions should be given when we reserve space. When getting internet pricing there should be some choice as to location. Some locations had small doors to get into larger spaces and it should be noted the size of door height and width.

This was my first storage experience, Dar was so helpful, she stayed late to assure I would receive a storage unit after an unfortunate mix up at a different location. Dar has been extremely helpful with all questions and concerns upon each visit. "Great Experience and Wonderful Customer Service!!"

Dar has honestly given this place a facelift that much needed. I have been a client here off and on for 4 years currently I have been having things stored on property for the last two and a half years. Sense Dar has become the face of this place customer service is 10 out of 10 and they go above and beyond for you. Reminders, smiles. Honestly I wouldn't store anywhere else. If you're looking for storage please give this place a shot I'm not just saying that.

Wonderful service.. I just went online fill out a short app and Darlene call me in up to sign for a storage unit. I slightly underestimated my belongings and fill that one quick. I went into the office and ask for another smaller one, I continue to unload my stuff as she ran the paperwork by the time I got done she already had unit and paper ready for me to sign before I left the premises. Thanks a bunch Darlene you save me that day.

I think the storage site is safe with good hours. What I didin't like is how the price changes daily. I don't think that is good practice. The storage sites under the tunnels are not set up well as you can't get a truck right up to the door. So you are stuck walking all your things to the end of the tunnel. So although you think it is nice to move under the protection of the tunnel, it is the biggest pain!! We were exhausted after moving because you can't park a truck close enough. VERY inconvenient.
