Stopped in to see the location.Crystal answered all questions and was very helpful in getting the information to rent a unit.

Renting a storage unit was real easy! Getting in and out is really easy now with the app.

Every thing was amazing I like

I'm impressed. It seems like anytime I've need a storage solution my back was against the wall and there was a time factor involved. The worst part of any of those situations was the paperwork and some of the people that generated it. Not this time and not with the folks at Coon Rapids Public Storage. Everything from reserving the unit to the signing of the paperwork was a breeze. Chris explained everything to me, not at me, with humor and warmth and was truly the highlight of my day. The grounds are well lit and clean, and EVERYTHING works as it should. Bottom line, yes I would recommend them, and yes I'll use them again.

Easily reserved on line for a good price. Was concerned about move in date during "stay at home" order. Was treated with careful distancing, sanitary environnent in office and quick check in. Thank you!

A safe, reliable place to store my items

I have been using public storage for all my storage needs. Price has been good and fair. But this time around I wasn't to happy. After I had set up everything, I realized that I wasn't going to put anything in there until a week latter I went back in and asked if I could change the date. Well to my surprise it's a done deal once everything is complete. Wasn't to happy about it and what kind of policy is this? I mean I pay extra for a week that I'm not using that doesn't make any sense. Why can't I change the date to when I want to start? Well, If this is your way of getting customers to pay more and come back then this will be my last to use you guys to store my stuff. Very unsatisfied this time.

Excellent service and facilities. Thomas did an outstanding job. He's very courteous and friendly person to work with. An excellent company representative.

I give the staff, especially Robin a five star rating plus. She was SUPERB! I couldn't say anything better. I was really just checking out the place thinking I would not rent... I had a real BAD experience at a different location due to the staff. Robin brought me back. The only reason I am leaving 4 stars instead of 5, is there is no cart to transport items from car to storage. A customer leaves one, but it is like a big skateboard and hurts only a little less than carrying everything in by hand.

Robin was so wonderful! She called prior to my move in date to welcome me and provide me with the chance to ask questions. Getting in and out of the property is swift. My storage unit is the perfect size.

Very happy we were able to find storage, most facilities no openings or too small of unit. Facility clean, close to our home. Robin was extremely polite and helpful. Explained thoroughly pricing and terms & conditions. Offered boxing supplies and moisture control canister. Thank you!

The best experience ever

Our experience getting set up was great thanks to Tequilla. Property # 08306 I would like to see the building with indoor storage have the loading dock "Garage door" repaired. I understand it has been broken for some time and seems to break a lot. At the storage unit I'm at there is an additional "exit gate only". We've been at our unit 5 times and as of yet the gate does not go up once we enter our code. FYI, I did try to write a review on the public Storage site but it would not take my information. thank you

Angel was absolutely perfect. She was very professional, took the time to explain all my questions, and walked me around showing me the grounds. I would highly recommend Public Storage and Angel to all of my friends.

Angel was awesome, very friendly n knew her stuff. I reserved a smaller unit thinking I could stack stuff high, but thank god she had a lil bigger one available . She was very good at recommending items for sale, and what was needed for storage. I just didn't have the extra cash to do so. Keep up the good work Angel!!?

Lady knew what she was talking about (leasing information) and made sure we got enough space for our stuff. She was very nice.
