I don't have any power or lighting in my building. They close way too early. I pay $280 a month and have to leave or be out by 9:00. So I think at Part should change a little.

Musty/moldy smell might need some attention to the units in tunnels. They could also use a sweeping. But actual unit itself, was good. 1st unit shown to us had a bad oil/stained floor, which is that was the only unit available, I would not have rented from you.

Both times i have gone into my storage locker i have excellent service. I was greeted by a lady last Tuesday 4/16/19. She was so friendly and full of knowledge. She showed me to my locker and went over the hours and payment options with me. The second time i was there was my official "move in date" on Friday April 19th. I went in and was greeted by 3 employees. The gentleman was more than willing to help me check in, give me all the information i needed. He assisted me with opening the gate to get all my trucks in and also opened the locker for me. He was the sweetest & so helpful! Coon rapids has the best staff!!

Everyone was most helpful. The storage area we got was very clean and dry. One of the keypads was in need of repairs but only the audible not working on the main entrance made it necessary to key in our code 3 times before the gate opened.

Had a large unit but downsized as my son was moving. Reserved the smaller unit online went into the office at about 445. It took all of 10 minutes to close one unit and open the reserved unit. I give props to the young lady working in the office that day. Very quick, efficient and professional.

There are hidden fees you don't find out about until you go to pay. Bring your own lock or you'll cough up $20. Admin fee is $25. And mandatory insurance is minimum $11/month. All these fees should be disclosed upfront prior to making an appointment. I found out about them after the website had me believing I'd pay $59.50 that day. Nope. $121.50. Huge difference.

I like the site, but I did not get online payment instructions so when it came time to pay it was frustrating... Eventually by research I learned that you have to make an online account to be able to pay online... Then I was able to do so. but the local people didn't know this and the online system had a button to pay that led you to a place to pay, I tried to get a password but nothing happened and no note came up saying you have to register first , yes it makes sense, but no it doesn't as I had assumed I had already registered.... You can't talk to a corporate person dealing with paying online and the local people didn't know how it worked... Catch 22.

I checked around quite a bit and this Coon Rapids location seemed to be a good option. It quickly turned into a no Brainer BEST option. It got to the point I was purposely going back and forth of unit size and box/tape packages just for the fun of messing with her but Taquilla just wouldn't be stumped. She was ON IT. I've been in the highest of high stress sales for 25 years. This young lady was a pleasure.
