Throughout the entire process everything went perfectly. I especially commend the care, attention, courtesy and friendliness of Tina the manager.

I wanted to get my car stored before the salt hit the roads. I called several but nobody came close to the price in the area. The staff at the Eden Prairie location are awesome and honest to perfection.

They went the extra mile to meet my needs. Because this was new to me , I was surprised that you had to actually buy your keys and that you were required to take out insurance for your items.

I have rented four different storage spots with Public Storage. The service, both in person and per the website, has been timely, accurate, and friendly. The storage spaces are secure, clean, and conveniently located.

Rented a second space and surprised the second space which is the same size as the first space costs more and no discount too. Surprised in Eden Prairie, Minnesota.

I got my stuff into my storage unit, but I reserved a unit online and was not told until the checkout that I was required to purchase insurance each month, which was more than I was planning on spending obviously. Also, I reserved a 5' x 10' ... it is not this size if you actually measure it, besides those mishaps I guess it's okay

The property manager Carol is awesome. She has gone above and beyond for me and is sympathetic to my current situation. She remembers my name and account every time I come into the office. I highly recommend this facility .

Billing is total bs, verbally told different compared to what got charged. Gal in the office was easy to work with though.

Thanks to Twanika for having an eye out for me. I came in with my lock and didn't stop at the office 1st she noticed and came down to let me in before I had a chance to go get her. Thanks again!

Twanika was awesome! It was a pleasure dealing with her. She greeted us when we walked in with a smile and was very pleasant and super helpful.

Public Storage offered the best month to month rate I could find, only having to pay $1 for the first month. The process was easy to apply and move in and mgmt was helpful. I was sad to find out that they charge $20 for mattress covers, had to buy a specific style of lock and had buy their mandatory insurance which were all add-ons i was not anticipating.

We have rented from PS before, but not in San Antonio. Reserved online from Minnesota. Came in on a Saturday morning, greeted by Augustin ( Mgr.) and Mark (trainee). Seamless and stress free morning. They were very helpful and happy to have us there. Very clean facility and rental unit. Saw them repeatedly over the next week we were in town and always happy to see us. Thanks for all the help!!!

Public Storage provides incredibly friendly and great service. The grounds are secure. The units are nice. The price is fair. Check it out if you're in need of storage. They're helpful from location to location too. I reserved a space at one location and needed to change it to another. The managers handled the transfer so it was easy on me. Thumbs up!
