Nice facility - clean etc. Hard to get in and out of as entrance door has a cone in front and the exit door has a caution tape blocking you from leaving - poorly thought out

ZoeAnn provided exceptional customer service! On the day of our appointment, the weather was bad. She called us early in the day and worked with us to move up our appointment. ZoeAnn was very welcoming and knew other renters by name. I have used this Public Storage location for over seven years, even before it was Public Storage! The location is perfect for me, and I had several different storage units over the years to meet my storage needs. Recently, Shirley helped me out, and she was friendly and professional. The main reason I'm happy with this location is that it's climate-controlled. They have a storage unit to meet your needs!
