Finalized paperwork on Thursday was assigned a unit. On my way home i realized that the space was rather limited on space due to being on a roof line. I called that afternoon spoke to attendant about my concern of size. Sapce was swithed out the next day with zero problems or hassle.

I requested a ground floor, inside unit but there were none available when I checked in. However, Dorothy was really nice about finding an upstairs unit that was at least close to the elevator. I am a little concerned that there wasn't an actual ceiling for the 2nd floor units, just a metal/write grate... Seems less secure in terms of theft as well as rodents/pests. I was also told that there's been an issue with people stealing locks? I'm not sure if that was just locks lying around or what, but just being told that there are any theft issues in a place where you will keep your belongings is not very reassuring. I am very happy with the price I got and the location relative to my place of residence though. I have never rented a storage locker before and don't have much ground for any material complaints currently, just some reservations about my belongings being in a place where I don't always know they are safe.

The woman at the front desk was very helpful and the rates are almost half of what u-haul charges and they were honest unlike u-haul! Uhaul used deceptive measures to try and win my business honesty is important to me and public storage was honest and prices were fair. Zo

This was my first experience with a need for a storage unit. The on-line information and registration was easy. At my check in appointment, the process to review the storage units and the information was very customer friendly. Turns out I had no idea the appropriate size unit I would need when I looked on line. The tour of the units gave me a better idea and I was easily able to change the size unit I was renting from what I had indicated on-line.
