Public Storage - Hilltop - 4560 Central Avenue NE

We have rented a unit for several years. Since we moved in June we have more space and are going to be cancelling soon or downsizing. The unit we have the price went up from $58 to $71 and it's almost empty. So we are wasting money that we could be using for other bills.

My girlfriend had her 36 dollar space increased to 60 bucks. One day she couldn't find her keys and was there longer than she was supposed to and had her access reduced without warning. Another guy was there who was leaving because they increased his cost from 60 bucks to almost 200. DO NOT go here

Easy access by opening garage door to drive car in.

Highly recommended this place if you would like to rent a storage space, very clean and friendly staff. Easy to movs stuffs as well.

Sure the up front price was reasonable. $23/month. Then $27 Then $31 Then $121 Call the question the error. They say no, no error. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a market fluctuation. I say the unit next to it that I also have went from $31 to $42. Same size unit right next door. They say well the corner unit is worth moreﾃ｢竄ｬﾂｦ I guess someone else can have the corner unit. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve found plenty of their competition with lower pricing than $121.

Wish it was open 24 hours. Wish the person behind the counter was two people, so they could pick up the phone when I call. I left 2 voicemail messages in the space of 3 hours, and didn't get a reply.

I was renting my unit for $43 a month and now I get an email stating my new monthly fee is going to be $77 a month. I did not move in on a promo deal of any sorts.I will be moving my things to another storage facility. I did question the new place on future price hikes like this and they assured me that this is not going to happen, they donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t do business like that they said. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ll be paying around the same as I am now plus they offer 24 hour access.

Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s nice here but itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s not a drive up which can be tricky but the pros are itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s air conditioned inside. Convenient location too!

This is the place to go right now in the twin cities metro area. Booking a reservation with Sparefoot helped me lock in a great deal, and Karla the facility manager was fantastic and friendly, while maintaining social distancing. Together they were able to get me a fantastic deal on a storage unit that was LESS THAN HALF THE PRICE of the nearest competitor, and this is a climate controlled unit!! Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a brand new building, very clean, centrally located to Minneapolis/ St. Paul, and these price points, the overall value cannot be matched anywhere in MN!! You should put the this location at the top of your list!!
