Reserved, paid for, and received confirmation all online. Showed up on move-in day, entered the access code texted to me, found my space, and moved in. A completely automated process. And the price was right.

Service worked well enough took a little bit long for check in but that's normal went for an 8 by 10 ended up with a 7 and a 1/2 by 10 I felt that was a bit of a bait and switch

Efficient. I was not 100% happy with first reservation - dark, felt damp, would have required me to use a dolly to move heavy objects. I asked for a different locker and was happily accommodated to an inside locker where I could park close. Personnel followed up x3 to make sure everything was OK.

The person currently in charge of this location is absolutely wonderful. The service was extraordinarily welcoming and friendly. The terms and expectations of my rental was thoroughly explained and I couldn't have had a better experience.

Exceptional staff, although my appt was scheduled, and i arrived and the door to office was locked, and staff person was on the phone, i stood out in sub below weather for around 5 to 10 minutes, she was apoligetic, but i feel perhaps the person on line could have been put on hold for the few steps it would have taken to come and allow me to enter the warm office...otherwise good experience..i was taken aback at the extra cost of the lock and keys and the monthly insurance you had to purchase, it was not stated on the website..rather disheartening..but the staff were excellent ..

Please READ BEFORE RENTING. Note that MN law forbids PS from requiring duplicate insurance (iirc maybe at all idk). If you have homeowner's you most likely already have coverage. Several Nat'l class actions on the global PS Corp bc they keep over 80% of that "independent" insurance they offer. Not to fault of staff that they are required to lie to you and say you that most purchase it and that it is independent... Also a lie. So just insist that you already have the coverage and they will say okay! Please tell others if they are renting. Also they require you buy a PS Chateau lock which I was told you cannot reuse. Otherwise it is clean and well managed.

I was able to easily research the size needed and booked it online with no troubles. Once I arrived at the facility, the customer service was excellent! The price is very competitive and the facility is clean & well maintained.
