Public Storage - Maple Grove - 11601 Lakeland Dr

Facility and pricing is great. Moved in on Friday and tried to talk to someone in the office and nobody was available during business hours. Also, climet control building is extremely humid. I was advised to put a tarp on the concrete as it gets very wet.

Staff was helpful in generating the rental agreement.

The on-site employees are great, if you can reach them. There is a phone forwarding system that makes it difficult to reach a particular site, and it’s becoming increasingly difficult to find someone in the office because corporate is cutting their hours. The reservation system is a mess, many available sites aren’t available online. The system lets you “reserve” a space 4 weeks in advance, but doesn’t actually reserve anything, it just locks in a price, because everything is first come first serve. The system will cancel the reservation after 3 weeks, potentially leaving you without a spot and with the employees unable to honor the original price.

I needed something quick and close, they had availability. Unit was clean and worked out good. Only downside is I wish I wasn't out of state prior to maybe get an end unit and not a middle one. Management is knowledgeable and helpful. 1st time for a storage unit for me.

Every person I dealt with on the phone was very professional and helpful. Paul, the facilities manager was extremely helpful and personable. He made the transaction seem seamless. He was very knowledgeable about the facility and fully explained Public Storage policies and procedures.

Ronald, the manager, is very customer service oriented. I was a customer for several years until recently when I no longer needed the storage unit. The entire experience was great.

The location is perfect for our needs. The manager, Kristy, was really nice and helpful and very professional. She showed us the storage before signing the contract to make sure the size fits our needs. She explained really well on the pricing the first month and the second month, as the system counts prorated prices.

Public Storage of Maple Grove was so easy to lease and access. Glenn was very friendly and seemed genuinely concerned for the well-being of our goods. They were also very easy with the closing of our lease. Would easily use them again if ever needed!

Glen has been an outstanding representative of the Public Storage facility on Lakeland Ave. in Maple Grove.. As a former Public Storage renter in this facility (over 15 years!), I directed my son to rent a temperature controlled unit. My son and I have been helped with Glen's tenacity as well as his continued problem solving skills with my son's storage unit. The temperature storage unit and building are as well maintained as they were 8 years ago.

We stopped on to check availability of a parking spot . The property manager took our contact information and notified us within 2 days that there was an opening. We are VERY pleased with the service provided AND the property manager Glenn. He is a great asset to your company and we would recommend anyone looking for storage to go to this facility.
