Facility and pricing is great. Moved in on Friday and tried to talk to someone in the office and nobody was available during business hours. Also, climet control building is extremely humid. I was advised to put a tarp on the concrete as it gets very wet.

Frustrated
The on-site employees are great, if you can reach them. There is a phone forwarding system that makes it difficult to reach a particular site, and it’s becoming increasingly difficult to find someone in the office because corporate is cutting their hours. The reservation system is a mess, many available sites aren’t available online. The system lets you “reserve” a space 4 weeks in advance, but doesn’t actually reserve anything, it just locks in a price, because everything is first come first serve. The system will cancel the reservation after 3 weeks, potentially leaving you without a spot and with the employees unable to honor the original price.

I needed something quick and close, they had availability. Unit was clean and worked out good. Only downside is I wish I wasn't out of state prior to maybe get an end unit and not a middle one. Management is knowledgeable and helpful. 1st time for a storage unit for me.

The location is perfect for our needs. The manager, Kristy, was really nice and helpful and very professional. She showed us the storage before signing the contract to make sure the size fits our needs. She explained really well on the pricing the first month and the second month, as the system counts prorated prices.

Glen has been an outstanding representative of the Public Storage facility on Lakeland Ave. in Maple Grove.. As a former Public Storage renter in this facility (over 15 years!), I directed my son to rent a temperature controlled unit. My son and I have been helped with Glen's tenacity as well as his continued problem solving skills with my son's storage unit. The temperature storage unit and building are as well maintained as they were 8 years ago.
