Nice place and friendly staff

It was great to go online and get the unit under 10 min. Once I got there, the office person was helpful and pointed us tot he right direction to unload. Biggest issues were there were no dollyﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s outside at the time and we had to search for them, ultimately going to the office to get more, and the lights in the storage facility were every other, my unit was unlit and the big lights were not on by me, making It very hard to see/stack items. Other than that, It was an easy and quick drop off!

The location is great. Staff is friendly and everything was easy and quick.

So easy to reserve and set-up paperwork online. Facility was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The elevators and carts provided made move-in a breeze. This was a wonderful experience.

A little more information on what it look like. We thought we could drive right up to the door. Not have to reload it on carts. But not a big deal.

Needs more carts available. 3 of us customers were sharing 2 carts in the eastern more building. Also, with the size of the elevator, longer and wider carts could be used, meaning less trips up and down. Both Chris and Ron were very helpful. That's about it, thank you! Randy Mudge

The process was so easy to do online. It made my out of state move so much easier. The staff was friendly and helpful and showed me around the property when I arrived. The bast part is that I felt safe and that my property was safe at this location.

I spent several hours looking for close, secure, affordable storage. I am really glad I checked out Public Storage, on line and then in person. Access hours are great! My attendant, Melody, was totally nice and helpful. Facility is clean, climate controlled and well lighted. I am on the third floor, there are two elevators and baggage carts. If you need storage I have no reservations recommending Public Storage.

I experienced wonderful customer service they answered all of my questions,gave me a tour of the locker before even starting rental agreement and the indoor unloading area and climate controlled area is great and I couldn't even possibly get a better price anywhere else even if I rented the my sister's garage at the family discount

There seemed to be a disconnect between my online inquiry and the location. I then talked to someone who set me up over the phone, but when I went to the location for my reservation appointment, my information was cancelled and my updated notes weren't in there. Chris, however, took care of everything and took great care of me.

my unit is on 2nd floor and last time i went some boxes in my unit the elevator did not work. When I rented a unit the person at the deck made a mistake and sighed me up for 2 units then deleted one but I was getting emails that one was late on a payment. I tried to call the office but no answer left voice mail but no return.

Even though my unit is on the 3rd floor it wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t hard to move my stuff in. The carts provided are fantastic and SO helpful!

The online reservation was very easy & the final check with the staff went very smooth.The facility is very clean and dropping off items was a breeze.

I never rented a storage unit before and didn't know what to expect. We rented a 10'x20' unit for our upcoming house move. It is a very secure and clean building. The staff was very friendly and helpful! Even though the unit is on the second floor, it is very easy to transport items on a cart using the elevator.

We met with edwina to get set up and she was wonderful!! our unit is in the old building and I'm still impressed with the cleanliness and maintenance.

Nice clean building and excellent service

The people assisting me were very helpful. However, while trying to set up two different storage accounts with different names, they were set up in the same name due to some conflicts. It has been over a week and the staff is still unable to separate the accounts. As a result, one of the accounts cannot be accessed without going through the other account. I've been told this has never happened before and the staff is equally frustrated in trying to find a solution.

Storage unit is fine, but undisclosed charges and rushed service make me feel like the sales practices are dishonest. I reached out via contact page as well and received no reply.

Great new Storage facility. There are always a things that can be addressed with a new operation. The following are a few issues that can be looked into. a. The bathroom doors have always been locked. b. The carts also are always locked. c. As of this date I am still unsure as to what my monthly storage fees will be. I would like to think they would be somewhat comparable to the older storage units of the same comparable size although new units should be expected to cost a bit more.

Good storage, friendly and helpful staff. A shortage of carts made moving more challenging.

The facility could use some maintenance. I rented a control climate unit, however the main door which should automatically open and close is broken. At first it wouldn't open unless someone got out and pushed it. Now it won't close. The light in my unit just flashes. Usually it's not even on. The gate box pole is falling down and that makes it difficult to put your code in to get out. There solution for that was a bungee cord. This facility seems to he on it's last leg. However, Chris in the office is very nice and trying to be helpful.

Chris the property manager was very knowledgable and helpful. Making the reservation, getting the paperwork taken care of and touring the facility was all a breeze and pleasant experience.

I can't say enough good things about this place. The staff, (Chris, here's your shout-out), are courteous and professional. The security they have in place helps me feel comfortable leaving my work truck there. The entire lot was clean and very well maintained. I give this place 5 stars.

Second time I went to put stuff in my locker the elevator was broken had to haul heavy stuff up the stairs. On the weekends it's hard to get a cart when i have alot of stuff to put into my locker. More carts would be great!

I would recommend these guys over other storage places. Their prices were fair and the staff were very friendly.
