Public Storage - Minneapolis - 3245 Hiawatha Ave S

Will recommend this storage facility to my friends and family .very clean and well maintained .

So far my experience has been great. My lock was right where they said it would be. The storage facility is just what I needed for my car.

This is one of the only storage facilities where you drive into a warehouse with individual storage units inside - no cold elements to battle.

I hope to use this place for a couple months. I am happy there is a storage place in the area.

Ad said $1 first month with $24 set up fee. When all was said and done it was over $61.xx so not as stated. Went to put something in my space and found out they do not allow entree after 6 pm. so for me working til 5 most nights, got there late by 10 minutes. Would be nice to have longer hours for us working people.

Just rented 3 days ago, I have this fear that after I have the space filled the rent will start going up.

Very helpful and flexible, I had a couple of day window but the manager worked with me and my move when smoothly. Rates are reasonable and the facility is well kept.

Public Storage has the best prices in town. Eron was super helpful. The security seems like it is more than adequate and the space was clean and perfect for my needs. They have lots of stuff like boxes and packing materials available for purchase as well.

Maggie was very helpful with showing me the storage space she had available for me and made sure I got 24hrs access so I could store my belongings after their business hours. I will recommend friends and will be back for future storage!! Thank you Maggie

Everything went smoothly, from setting up the storage to moving in. All you could ask for.

LaQuoia and Laurie were great! They were very helpful and got us set up and ready to move in things to our storage space. They were very friendly even though they were having technical problems. I also was very happy that they were great at answering questions even though I am sure they get the same questions hundreds of times a day. A great place to store your things! It was clean and easy to access.

Public Storage is providing exactly what we needed in our moving operation when we needed to temporarily store our entire household belongs. All the staff we worked with were exceptionally friendly and competent.

Even tho the property manager should have been having a bad day because she lost her phone she assisted in getting me the Right Storage that I need needed and she was awesome

I was drawn in my the offer of a "deal" for the first months' rental, only to have the cost almost double because of the hidden fees. I don't know that I would have gone anywhere else, but it would have been nice to have been fully informed of all of the "start up" costs before I made the commitment.

I had to store items for less than a month. The public storage was perfect. I booked online & got to visit the unit within a few hours. Facility was in good condition, staff members were helpful, courteous, and offered complete information. The clientele over the weekend is kinda sketchy. I never felt "unsafe" but there were moments when the people inside the building creeped me out. If you can move in/out during off peak hours or non-weekends you'll get in & out quickly and efficiently.
