Communication and information done well. One item needs help: where and how to get to the back of the building for easy access....was very confusing but everything else clear and straightforward.

It would have been nice if they explained the lock situation instead of saying yes you can bring your own lock and then you buy your own lock and it's not the right kind of lock. Other than that things were situated and I was able to get my unit

I will never again in life use PS.

Donna and her team were a huge help in working with me and being patient with my not having everything I needed. They rescheduled, held my spot and waited for me. She was kind and picked the perfect size for me that was vary affordable.

Donna was a great person and helping me find my unit and move me in but I wish she had told me about the late fee she is an excellent person and I think she does great work

Tommy helped get me all set up. He was very professional and helpful. He provided clear and accurate directions that allowed me to have a hassle free move.

Just don't like the hours of operation, not convenient. But the website was clear and helpful.

I love Public Storage where your hours are terrible Public Storage needs to open at 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. get off work late I work till 6 p.m. everyday

I came to public storage. Rental was very smooth and easy. Danna was the great person. The check in is fast and easy everything is done within half an hour.

It's a great facility the workers are very respectful. I just found it hard to understand the mandatory insurance policy that is in the contract.

Janice was amazing! She anticipated our needs, showing us two units (one we reserved and one a bit larger). She was spot on and we went with the larger unit! She was friendly and made the process easy and enjoyable. Would recommend her service and the units in a heartbeat!

We are repeat customers and Jerry, the manager at Public Storage location 25549 (Zachary Lane MN) has provided consistent EXCELLENT customized customer service over many years. We rent an outdoor space and Jerry told us exactly how to park our camper so that we would not get snowed in by the plow. He also went above and beyond our expectations to stay open a few minutes later so that we could check in after a 7 day (thousands of miles) road trip. VERY few people will do that! I give lectures at Harvard and MIT about Customer Service and I will certainly use Jerry at Public Storage as an excellent example of customer service.
