Great staff! They are both friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent selection of units in terms of variable sizes. Reason for not giving 5 stars? The unit was advertised to me as "climate controlled". Though it is not as easily susceptible to the elements as some units I have seen outside of PS, it is somewhat false to label it as "climate controlled" when in fact there is temperature fluctuation. The temperature does not drop so far that my items become damaged, so the situation is more of a minor annoyance than anything else. Still worth the money!

Went to the storage unit after the initial check-in, and the door to our unit building was slightly ajar. Experience has been good, but this security concern made me dock stars.

We are long time customers. This facility is the best! We have a climate controlled unit - always clean and well lighted - carts are always accessible. Elevator has always been in working order. Janice in the office is a pleasure to work with - always friendly while still be professional. Stays on top of what is needed to make this property this best and to retain your clientele.

Great customer service from Janet. The only thing I would have liked to have known sooner was a projected total cost (this is for the ad/marketing office, not the local Minnetonka location). The $1 for first month's rent is true, but throw in the special lock, insurance, and the administrative fee and you get $57. Still a decent deal for what I needed, but unless I get to keep the lock, I should be paying a lesser rental fee for it. I understand the administrative fee insurance (those are gimmes and assumed). I was figuring around $40 when I initially made the call. Again, the people = great! The upfront pricing = meh.

My online reservation did not work, but the staff quickly rectified the situation and I had my new space within just a few minutes. Great location with helpful staff. They could use a dolly which most other storage facilities have available, but that is my only complaint.

We needed a climate controlled 5 X 10 unit, and Suzanne (Manager) was very helpful in our selection of an appropriately sized unit. After the rental, she was again very willing to help with your website, which is not very user friendly. Price and location was very good. I would have rated PS/Hopkins as 5 stars were it not for the less than stellar service provided another employee, who made several mistakes as we were signing up, mistakes that I caught. Other customers should call and make sure Suzanne is on duty - she's both extremely competent and congenial.

I feel like I got steered to the worst storage unit at the facility. Of course, I didn't realize until I had been using it for a couple weeks. Stuck right next to the exit, I can't pull up to my unit and unload from the back of my van or trailer into my unit. I have to drag everything around from 3 units down. Just a pain in the ass. Can't believe you have the gall to charge full price for it. it is obviously an undesirable unit. I also felt mislead by your promotional advertising that I didn't qualify for. Will be looking for alternatives you may be assured
