Really excellent service working with Emily at Public Storage in New Hope. Thorough information given to me in setting up my storage rental. She was familiar with my rental background and helpful with what I was now looking for in a storage unit. She introduced me to Michelle, a new member of the staff, showing a very good method to bring inclusiveness to a new employee in building customer relationships. I am really pleased with the high level of attention to safety measures followed at Public Storage because of the CoVid-19 outbreak as required at each location.

My interaction with Emily (site manager) was very satisfying. The unit I rented was not cleaned out properly and she had it ready within an hour. Having had a previous rental and needing to upgrade to a larger unit,I needed to move to another unit that opened up across the hall, I was impressed that she remembered my name and storage unit number. Price was a little more than I expected with one time fee of 25 then mandatory 15 for insurance and 20 for a lock of theirs they make you get.
