Easy to move in and easy to move out! First of all, Great customer service even when last minute I decided to up grade my unit size. Second, They were wonderful when I paid for 2 months at a time. Lastly, they were patient with me on moving out day, when I lost my key to the unit! I would use them again for long-term storage! They best part was the soothing music in the office.

I rented a larger garage a week ago, and so far my rental experience has been very good. The young lady who helped me do my initial paperwork, as well as the property manager had excellent customer service skills, and were very pleasant to work with. The prices are better than average, the facility is clean, and gates and doors are in good working order, and easy to use. Having rented storage from several providers over the last 20 years, based on my initial experience here I would absolutely recommend this facility to others.

It was a good expirience overall! I feel like there could be more sales or discounts or maybe even public storage go a little cheaper, but Nicole at the new hope location was very helpful knew what she was talking about and figured out ways to help! She was very informative and cared about how the customer felt leaving out the door! Excellent first impression!

Most people get storage units to help with life transitions. One needs a convenient location, reasonable access, and reasonable security. For me, this facility offered all three. My unit is unheated (opens to the outdoors), is small, and doesn't offer high security. But it works for me.
