Public Storage - Plymouth - 13011 Highway 55

My code didn't work l use it many times but didn't work

Upon arrival ALL UNITS HAD SNOW/ICE BANKS BLOCKING UNITS and my PERSONAL UNIT HAD THE bottom of the door STRING BURIED UNDER ICE/a few inches @least !! It had just started snowing/fluffy snow that I thought we were walking on but NO, WE FELL bc OF INCHES OF ICE UNDER the fresh snow .. I’ll DEFINITELY BE MOVING OUT SOON !!

It wasn’t the way I was expecting the 10 by10 looked small and everywhere had a spider webs and it’s outside it looked smaller I couldn’t even get in my couch I had to do it the hard way and is hard to go there winter time

Storage space was clean and everything ready in my move-in day.

I need some extra space to get me through the winter and reserved a unit at 11 AM and was moved in by 1 PM. Month to month is great and inhale the ability to change sizes of the unit if necessary.

Tucked away but in a convenient location off of 55, this gated access facility with modern technology was a perfect solution for our business storage needs.

My only suggestion would be to post a few signs with an arrow for the Exit, since you cannot exit through the main entrance. (Unless I missed an Exit sign) As a first time user, we drove around the units until we found it. Now we know. Thanks

The young man who waited on me was very pleasant. I showed up to get my unit. The computer was down. I waited one half hour to it to go up. I asked if I come back the next day and get the same price. The young man said yes. When I returned the next day. The young man said someone else got my price on the computer and the price was raided to $32. I asked the manager get involved. The manager told the young man that the company raised the price overnight, even though I have a confirmed price. That is a 28% increase. I feel scammed.

Not advertising clearly that insurance is required is pretty low. I wish I had known that before going into it.

Good Facility. But please do not leave your car outside and go inside with the truck as getting to the car is very tough. You have to go around the building and onto the highway 55 and enter. which about a mile walk.

I arrived on 1/08/20 and the staff was prompt and courteous. They showed me a couple of options and got me all set up. The staff on duty were very professional. They should commended.

Clean unit , very fair price and good hours

They were kind and welcoming and took the time to explain their suggestions and why buying a lock and other fees were necessary.

I have used public storage a number of times and they have never dissapointed. I always manage to get good deals from them.

The representative was courteous and kind and took the time out to show me where the container was located what was the best one and gave me a good deal or a good price on the unit itself plus the insurance is pretty cheap so I like that yeah I say Public Storage is the best

Nicole at the Plymouth, MN location was AMAZING. Helpful, patient, knowledgable. The facility was clean, easy to use, secure and nice location. Would highly recommend!

Very easy to reserve and rent a unit. Pricing was clearly listed and accurate online.

Very easy and quick process.

Service was good. Staff person was congenial and friendly. First storage area she showed us was between a snow wall that ran about 100 feet or more between the storage and the drive. Couldn't believe she even showed it to us. We said this was not going to work. We said we might consider for a discount or something and she said she wasn't authorized to do that. I had to back my truck all the way out between the snow bank and the storage. None of the storage were plowed out accept the one we finally took. She said they had a problem with their snow removal service. I've been back several times and snow is still not removed from most all units and snow is still blocking the area we looked at. Our area is clear. I am surprised that this storage does not get snow removed and clear.

It was the last day of September. Very busy and the two staff personnel had to check in, take customers to approve their storage space and then complete paperwork too so there was quite a wait between 2 and 3 PM. They handled it well. We were unable to get the exit gate to open until a staff member happened to drive by.

Nicole was great! Super helpful when I had any questions about locking up my unit, gate access, etc. She broke down all costs part of my month charge and offered to contact the manager with any additional questions she couldn't answer at the time. This Public Storage location is kept very clean & I feel comfortable with my personal belongings onsite. Would highly recommend!

I worked with two people during this process. Wes and I cannot remember the other gentlemans name. But they were both super professional and very helpful! The lady @ the store was extremely helpful. She went way & beyond to answer all my questions along with showing me the model of the size I wanted. When buying my box supplies she did give good advice all the way esp how to pack My breakables. I will recommend her location store to anyone in need . She is an asset to public storage. Keep up the good work . U are one of the rare ones.??????

I made a reservation for a unit online. Within 2 minutes (literally), I received a phone call from the property manager to confirm when I can pick up my keys. The process was seamless! I'd highly recommend using the Plymouth location!

The rental experience and the facility are both tops; I highly recommend it.

Site manager, Jylan (sp.?), was awesome. Knew and asked appropriate questions to fit my needs and didn't make me feel pressured. My expectations were fulfilled. I give this location five stars not only based on my expectations being fulfilled, but being exceeded. Great work.

Jylan went above and beyond to assist me with renting a storage unit and was very informative of exactly what size unit I would need and items that I might need to keep my personal belongings safe while they are in storage. Very clean environment and she was very professional and personable. I would recommend this location to anyone!

Best storage unit I have worked with, and there have been several.

We have had a wonderful experience so far. Jylan is a great manager! She really took the time to answer all of our questions and thoroughly go over everything. She took the time to make sure we were renting adequate space. We were uncertain of space needs and she took us to different units so we could get an idea of what each size unit looked like. She is a very welcoming person and easy to work with!

I got set up with a storage unit quickly and was shown how to do everything. All in all it was good.

No complaints and first month free was a nice feature for our between houses storage needs.

The people at the front desk were cheerful and helpful from the moment that I walked in the door. All of the various options were clearly explained and they helped me through the decision process. Once the decision was made they took me to the storage unit and went over how everything worked. The check out was very easy. My entire experience was outstanding.
