While we appreciate the temporary storage, those lockers in the "tunnel" have a very narrow road for a vehicle. We could barely make the turn to get into that section in our pickup truck. The front desk person was very friendly and helpful and refunded the imposed lock fee, since we brought our own lock that was satisfactory.9

Access is tight but adequate for parking a vehicle. It does what I need it to do at a reasonable price.

So there are multiple building on site and none are really numbered other then the main units on main level. So the building I thought was number 2 ended up being number 4. Also units are kinda poorly lite. And if ur in your unit and not moving where the motion detectors are the lights will keep shutting off on you. I just hope to move by winter to a better location cuz I dont know how they foresee saying these units are climate controlled.

I have never rented a Public Storage Unit. I am in transition, and stress level is high. Property Manager Janice at the Richfield, Mn 78th Street Location took all my stress away with her kind words, her easy to follow directions. She is top notch and took an enormous amount of stress off my shoulders knowing my items are safe and how I too can help keep the area safe by following the directions given. Janice Rocks!!!!
