Kayla was fantastic! It was my first time renting a storage unit and she gave all the ins and outs for what to expect and answered my questions clearly. Alongside helping me to use the discounted price I initially came in for from an online website.

I love being able to book my storage online and then going to my unit with a lock being provided there already. I'm also a huge fan of the app features. Not having to enter in my code a million times is time saving.

The management are top notch Very professional and personable people highly recommended.

The first 2 days I was moving in the ladies bathroom was closed. The men's bathroom was filthy. It was inconvenient. Everything else was perfect. Staff is excellent! Г°ЕёЛњВЃ

So far, I have had an excellent experience! Very smooth check-in, and I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have to meet anyone(I did the paperwork online). I also got the first month for $1, which is kinda cool!!

Have not moved all my things in yet But so far it seems fine and very secure which is a plus. Gave 4 stars as it is to soon to give a 5 it has not even been a month yet. But after things are stored I will go check weekly to make sure all is fine.

Nice and clean. Easy to navigate to the unit and the flat bed carts make moving items from your vehicle easy. I like the climate control, makes moving things in the hot weather nice.

First experience with renting storage - just as described and very nice people

After looking at other options first and then seeing Public Storage with all they had to offer it was an easy decision. We are really happy with our storage unit. Managed well. Very secure just an over all excellent value.

The staff is great and responds promptly to questions. Everything exceeded my expectations.

The Customer Service people were friendly and organized. Gave all the information need to be fully informed on the facility. They took me to the storage locker and showed how all the security works. Very nice people and storage at a great price.

Was evicted because a person waiting for me to get there fell asleep in the unit. I never got a call telling me someone was in my unit, they didnt know that I knew them. They just knew he was a stranger and tried to cover their own butt. Plus the price was 110% higher then what was advertised and discussed. Scammers. Letha was great, but the manager lady needs to learn customer service better.

I recently rented a storage locker from Public Storage. I looked on line at a lot of different storage places and they seem to have REALLY good specials on line. I made an appointment to go over and check out the site. They said I could come right away. The storage lockers are very clean and I liked that the insides ones are temp controlled and they have lots of security. They also had boxes to buy on site and the prices were also very good. They don't tell you on the phone or when I did the look around that you must have insurance on the locker. It is an extra $15 for $5000 coverage but that was ok but wish they had said something upfront. Still got a 10 x 20 temp controlled locker for under $90 a month so all's good. Would recommend.

Quick checkin, clean unit, the facility is in really good shape. Was able to add my own lock without issues, and security appears good with controlled access.

I first presented myself to the Vadnais Heights location and Ms. Veronica was very welcoming, knowledgeable and very encouraging. People such as Ms. Veronica, makes a difference in our world! I had the weight of the world in my shoulders that day. I didn't know whether I should "scratch my watch or wind my behind." She patiently took the time to explain the different types of storage sizes and gave me tangible and visual estimations of each size. Furthermore, she guided me to my next step with ease and comfort. I couldn't make a decision that day and she saved me from myself. She did not have any space that would fit my needs but directed me to meet with Ms. Robin at Springlake Park, MN for a space they had available and within a reasonable price I may honestly afford every month. Ms. Robin was as gentle as gentle can be. She took me in & gave me confidence. Now, I thought, my day will be smoother. The feeling of lost and stupefied suddenly disappeared and was replaced with hope, laughter and "this day may be going to end well after all." I am very grateful for your suggestions in movies and your warmth and kindness. I will ALWAYS be grateful to the both of you. The Spring Lake Park si tr e is good but could use a couple items. The staff was good so no issues there. 1. The exit keypad should be extended from the building so people can stay in their car 2. A few cameras covering the parking areas and common areas would be good.
