Not sure why I thought I could access this 24/7 but you cannot. I did show up before opening at around 5:30 am and was left a message by management the next day to only try to come there during normal access hours. No welcome call or sorry for the mixup, we realize it was your first time coming to your unit and all, nope just a voicemail to make sure to not come there at that hour again.

I loved the fact I didn't have to talk to anyone to get signed up, did it all online went there and it was done. Super simple and fast. I wish the units would have been a little more climate controlled but you get what you pay for. Nice clean facility. I also wish there were dollies or something to use while hauling items down those long hallways. But over all great experience.

I required storage on short notice over the holidays and the staff were very accommodating and helpful in securing the space I needed. Check-in was straightforward, though the unit had not been swept out or shoveled for my appointment, which I think was a function of holidays and illnesses that all businesses are dealing with now ... but the staff promptly took care of that. Very much recommended.

I vacated my unit early and before I could even call I received a call from Dorothy about there not being a lock on the unit. Being out of state this meant a lot to know someone notices and takes pride in protecting other's property. Thank you all.

When a better price appeared online the day after my move in date, and I tried to change to the better deal, I was told that was not possible. However, Sam, the woman I initially dealt with went to bat for me, and I was notified 2 days later that they had agreed to match the better price, without making me jump through the hopes of vacating one unit and renting another.

So far our experience with renting storage space at Public Storage has been great. The employee who took care of our initial rental appointment was very thorough and courteous. Accessing our unit is convenient. Love having the extra space!

Thorough and quick. Wasn't prepared to pay for the lock and still unclear if we are refunded that when we are done. I also wasnt prepared to pay for insurance. So I thought I would be paying $25 for the first month and it ended up to be $58. That's the reason for 4 stars.

The rental representative was very polite, responsive to my needs and very efficient in the processing of my file. The only complaint I have is that the hallway where my storage unit is located seemed to be unswept and full of debris that had flown inside. It would be helpful if someone could go through the hallways a couple of times a day with a blower, so that this debris is not going into the storage units.

Great service, friendly employees, Clean, safe for me and my stuff! And I got a ride to my unit in golf cart. Fancy! I purchased insurance and am not worried about my stuff at all. ***For god sakes bring your own lock! They were closing in 10 minutes and have to secure any unlocked units. So with no time to go buy one I was forced to buy their non-returnable $22 lock!***

Anthony and Crystal (at the new St. Louis Park location) were fantastic to work with for my first experience with Public Storage. They had one of their busiest days with it being the end of the month and were still in great spirits. They were very helpful and funny. Both were a perfect example of the kind of customer first representative any company would want working for them.
