The manager was rushing to get me checked in he shut down his computer and left the facility for the day. This denied me access into the facility and prolonged my move in. He called an hour later just to get smart and have an attitude because I was locked out due to his failure to process the gate code. Horrible experience!!

The only thing that needs to be changed is the access to the facility. There are only two stalls to drive into to unload and when both are taken, it's hard to get the hand truck over the curb going into the garage. That really is the only complaint. Otherwise, it's a great facility.

Close to the University. Very good customer service. Called me after reservation was made to confirm. Asked us to call half an hour.before we were.coming, which was no problem. People.in the office very nice when we called and very nice when we got to the storage. Very helpful as.well.

I would definitely recommend this storage facility to family, friends and fellow students. The lock up is easily accessible and feels very safe. The customer service is wonderful. The lock up was my first experience using a storage facility and I was pleased with the whole process of moving in and out of the storage facility and always felt confident and comfortable leaving my belongings there.

Staff friendly, have seen change of guard a few times in the last 3 years but all are well-versed in running the place. Have seen them vacuum and do other maintenance tasks. Staff have also assisted tenants with carefully loading delivered supplies that arrived via UPS when a tenant was out of town. Learned this was a great service for salespersons needing to manage incoming inventory for their sales business. Also, one of the front desk personnel was patient and very professional with a 20-something who gave her a hard time with charges- he was wrong, the staff person was RIGHT. But she was quite pleasant about the whole thing. Phone 800 assistance has also been positively strong.

We live out of state and needed a place to move some estate items. The Lock Up storage center fit all of our needs... we were even able to use their truck to move our furniture etc.. to the storage unit. Unbelievably convenient! Great facility and professional staff.
