I canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t afford the lock to lock my unit and Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m not able to use any kind of lock because the door on my unit has a particular lock mechanism

Nowhere while making the reservation did it mention I HAD to buy Your insurance and HAD to buy YOUR lock. That changed the quote given and would have been a game changer
