The first issue is that we were told that the rolling door would be adjusted and lubricated for easier raising of the door. As it stands, it is extremely difficult for me to raise the door to 3-4 feet off the ground in order to climb under the door and continue raising it by the chain. Obviously, this adjustment or lubrication was never completed. Second issue is that the back of the rolling door and walls are very dusty/dirty and could have been mopped off or blown off with an air hose. You can see where someone wiped a few areas with a rag or cloth, but overall many areas are still covered with a brownish dirt. I was assured that both issues would be completed prior to move-in (Sunday 8/9). They might have been scheduled, but they were never completed as requested.
