Too many add on fees. Although you get your deposit back. There shouldn’t be an administration fee. Nobody is even in the building in the office.

The team was awesome in getting me set up with the storage unit I needed in a short-turnaround timeframe. Very helpful representative made it super easy. At the facility, it is very organized and easy to unload and move into the unit you rent. Immaculately clean, very user-friendly and was a great experience. Highly recommend.

My experience was very good. Signing up and paying over the phone was easy and fast. The manager was pleasant and friendly.

It was a little confusing not having anyone there in person.

The place is very clean I had no problem moving in I was amazed how they had a pad lock in your unit if u neededone but I had one with me also the Guy was very nice when I call to set up payment Love that they have a bathroom onsiteГўЛњВєГЇВёВЏ

Great place for storage space.

The facilities are clean, climate controlled with easy access and support.

After entering Steele County Storage without experiencing any problems. There were several flatbeds in three sizes to move items from my vehicle into my unit which was clean, well lighted, and easy to locate. There were signs indicating a bathroom is accessible onsite as well.

Very very happy with every aspect of this company, definitely they have gone above and beyond with out me asking. I am 100% satisfied with this great company. 🙂
