Public Storage - Rosemount - 15854 Chippendale Ave W

I needed a storage for all my apartment things for a short time. I'm waiting on an apartment, once I get it, I will empty this storage and close out.

My movers helped me unload one truck into my storage and it's a perfect size for me.

I found it very easy to rent online without any problems.

I needed to lighten up the load in my car so that I could drive back to Texas and get everything out and make the move to Minnesota. I'm waiting on an apartment, hopefully to move in the first of November.

The SelfStorage company understands storage needs! Signing up is fast, secure, and convenient! I signed up and opened my new account in the phone. I met the facility manager when I moved in and things went great. I highly recommend!

Would be nice to people in the office earlier to help.

When I got the gate code day of coming it didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t work and other people were having issues too!! Bill in the office made it work great help should give him a raise.

Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve never experienced the level of customer service I received at Public Storage and I really appreciate the security-tech of their app. Also the cleanliness of the facility. Already have and will continue to recommend.

When I arrived to switch to. 10x10 unit, the previous manager did not leave any information about the unit she was supposed to have held for me which was $94 a month. I was told it would cost me 137.00 a month. The current manager did find a unit for the $94 for me to use. It was not clean and wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t swept. The were other issues I wonﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t get into but was not a pleasant visit.

Somewhat difficult to find our unit. The map was confusing. Because Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve never used a storage unit before and we got kinda lost. Because we didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t know if our unit was inside or outside. But we finally found it.

Fantastic customer service. Easy to access. Very clean.

The last facility we used (also a Public Storage) had four carts. This facility only has two. We spent a lot of time waiting on carts.

Best to call or schedule an appointment if you need to see on-site personnel as they have a large area to cover.

I reserved everything online and moved right in shortly after. It was all a surprisingly simple process and I was impressed! So great to get my business supplies out of my living room!

Friendly staff and easy rental process

They did an excellent job of making sure I got the correct size unit. I wasn't satisfied with the quality of one I saw and they were able to find me a new one in no time and make moving in so easy. They truly went above and beyond when setting me up with my unit.

I've never used a storage facility before and now I'm wondering why I waited so long. I moved into my home 3 years ago and it just does not have much storage. Finally made the decision to de-clutter and found a great online price. I was so impressed with how easy everything was to start and the cleanliness and safety the building.

I have been here for several months and never had any problems. The staff has always been courteous and helpful. On top of it all this location is by far the cheapest. Couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t be happier

Moving has been made easy with Public Storage!

Overall everything was great. The only drawback was that they force you to use their lock system on the door of your unit and then charge you an additional fee for that. We would have been fine using our own lock.

I was very impressed with the friendliness and knowledge of the staff. They took their time to show me storage unit options so I could confirm my choice without pushing me towards more expensive options. The security measures were at multiple points and explained to me thoroughly. All of this along with ensuring contactless interactions and social distancing for every customer there that day during COVID concerns. Thanks ladies for a fabulous experience!

We stopped to drop off two SUV's full of stuff on Tuesday, February 18th at 5:25pm. Two carts were unlocked and being used. The other 3 carts were locked up. I was told at check in all carts would be available until the office closes at 6. We asked the person working if we could get one unlocked and they refused. The couple that had the other two carts gave us one and said the other three carts were locked up before they got there at 5.

I continue to have a great experience renting an indoor 10ft by 20ft indoor unit. The price is great and the service is excellent each time I stop in.

Great staff, clean facilities, well lit and secure

As a storage facility, Public Storage is a good choice. Safe, clean, very helpful and friendly staff, easy to navigate web site. The only criticism that I have is that rates are a "teaser" and within only a few months, rate increases begin at a huge increase - often times 10% or more and often times more than one increase within one year. There are discounts and incentives for new customers, but the same benefit is not passed on to existing excellent long term customers who rent additional units, which is extremely unfair. Existing, loyal customers should be rewarded for their loyalty and long term excellent pay history. I just rented a new unit for $114/mo and am paying $262 for the exact same unit in an older building - insane!! There is no appreciation or "frequent flyer" or rewards benefits for long term tenants, unlike most other companies who compete to retain their good customers. From banks to auto insurance to stores like Kohls to restaurants to cell phone providers etc - there are rewards for being a long term loyal customer or having more than one service - not Public Storage. That is a huge disappointment and so sadly unless someone is in need of short term storage I would not recommend Public Storage. As a facility, however, I'm very satisfied and would give a 5 star rating if it weren't for the excessive and frequent rate increases and the lack of any kind of reward program or appreciation for long term loyal tenants.

My father rents from here. It's a great place outside of the fact that every so often the rent price goes up. The property manager always make sure the grounds are clean. Sue is an amazing person and does a great job. She answers every question when there is one.

Rosemount Mgr we met to discuss our needs was very helpful.

Setting up a reservation was super simple. At the office, paperwork was quick and simple and Sue was very professional. She showed me the storage unit before paperwork to make sure it was the size I needed and reviewed with me how to work the locks and gate code. I dropped my stuff off in the storage unit knowing my items were safe. I would recommend Rosemount public storage to everyone!

Mary is the office lady and she askEd the right questions to make sure I was getting the space I need. We looked over the space together and she had me check that my gate code worked before I left. She was great!

This is a great facility. It is clean, well maintained, and Mary (the property manager) is focused on customer service. She went out of her way to make sure that the units I rented were exactly what I needed.

I thought that everyone was very helpful in getting me the right storage unit. Both ladies I talked to were very welcoming and friendly!

I had originally gotten the storage for our son's belongings and the Customer Service was very professional as well as looking at the storage unit, very clean no trash or anything in there. Was located inside and the privacy with the gate to get in and out was something that I really liked for the privacy and security even more. When coming to close the storage the customer service was professional and walked me thru the process of closing the account. If I had to use this storage again I would rate this storage as an A for dependability and security purposes and can't beat the professionalism in customer service as well. Great Job!
