Going online and setting everything up was easy. When I went into the rental office, They had everything all set up and ready to go. I was in and out of there in 10 minutes. So glad that I choose to go that way, saved me so much time

I found that checking getting the best rate is a matter of chance (in a way). That is a little annoying, but the 1$promotional rate was very nice.

Mary was a huge help getting my unit today! She was busy helping another customer , but still promptly greeted me and told me she'd be right with me. Then she went overall the paperwork with me, showed me my unit and made sure I knew how to use both the unit lock and the entrance code! She was also very patient with me when I messed up my paper work and we had to re-do it. Keep up the great work Mary!

I was late to my appointment but the property manager Mary was very understanding and still quick and efficient with my appointment. She made sure I was aware of anything I might need for my space and my move, very kind and thoughtful!

I've used this storage facility for many years. I like the easy access and location. Its always clean and open feeling. They have just expanded with new units. The staff has been friendly with flexibility to help with my needs. I am especially grateful for Mary and Meg who recently helped me transfer to a more efficient storage size saving me some $. They are very nice and have answered all my questions accurately before doing any transactions. I would not recommend another storage facility withing a 20 mile range. THANKS

Didn't know about the hidden fee for the lock. Other wise the staff was very friendly. Very clean units.
