Easy access and clean. Had to wait a bit for someone to get back from errands in order to have movers unload the truck.

Had to call to get someone to check us in as no one was there. Sign said they would be back at 1:45 and it was after 2:00 our movers ended up taking a break as they were on the clock getting paid to just sit there and wait. Kind of frustrating for both of us.

So far my experience has been pretty good. The ladies at the front desk were very polite and helpful. I was worried at first when I got there to check in. It looked like the unit I though I had reserved was occupied already but they were able to get me in to my unit after all.

Everything thing was handled on phone or online. I had to go into the office to check in and have the company's lock removed. Staff was very friendly.

Representative at the on site office was very nice and informative. Getting the first months rent free was wonderful. The storage unit was clean except for a few small balls of shipping tape. There was a moderate amount of snow and ice in front of the storage door that made it a bit slippery to walk across carrying boxes Etc. However, overall it was a good experience.

Unit is nicely kept and clean exactly what I needed

5'x5'	Small (25 square feet) The size of a small closet. Good for chairs, cabinets, electronics, boxes.
5'x10'	Small (50 square feet) The size of a large walk-in closet. Good for a mattress set, couch, dining room tables, chairs, boxes.
5'x15'	Small (75 square feet) The size of a small bedroom. Good for large dining sets, desks, cabinets, mattress sets, washer/dryer.
10'x10'	Medium (100 square feet) The size of a large bedroom. Good for bedroom sets, refrigerator, large drawers, multiple boxes.
10'x15'	Medium (150 square feet) The size of a small one car garage. Good for multiple bedroom sets, large appliances, smaller cars, boats, other vehicles, patio sets.
