Public Storage - Sauk Rapids - 1111 Franklin Ave

no one returned my calls in a timely manner to help me when I arrived and was having trouble with my door at the storage unit. They responded late after I solved my issue. Then when the employee saw I got the door open he never spoke to me to see if I needed any more assistance, got in his vehicle and left the property premises. I was dumbfounded for the service I got.. five hours later the property manager called to see if I had any more issues

Just needed to get the majority of our stuff near our new house while we waited on closing date. In and out w minimal effort

All good. Was extra nice they left a lock and key!

Great price good location nice place very easy access and 3keys to get in good condition.

Floor was a bit dirty and cobwebby which made me concerned about how well it was sealed but it looks ok

Easy move in there were no hassles and for the price you really canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t beat it

The customer service was great

my unit has water issues, and the lighting sucks it run on 12 min intervals which is very inconvenient if someone is in their unit the light should remain on. also, my door is obviously damaged it's very difficult to manage. and the fact you cant drive a u-haul truck inside is also inconvenient. and the expensive administration ridiculous. and having to pay insurance in a locked facility what the heck am I paying you insurance for when I'm locked in your facility. You should insure the facility. it just robbery.

Staff was helpful and courteous! When it was noticed that the locks on the unit we were originally booked for were faulty they worked quickly to get us set up with a functioning unit.

The onlyparts t that sucks is limited hours

It wasnt very busy when we arrived and that was nice. There was a special and that really helped with pricing. The lady at the desk was so nice and patient and Informative. It was such an easy process.

I was moving to my daughters with a household of stuff and she had an emergency flood.We had to find storage asap I called and was able to get a 10×10 half price my first month very reasonable ! Instead of pulling into my daughter's flooded home I was able to pull into storage ! Very accommodating for my budget and they were very kind. Assesable location.

The process of acquiring the unit was quick and easy. The staff that assisted me was informative and friendly. The unit was very clean and well lit. The only reason I'm giving 4 starts and not 5 is because it would be more convenient if I could access my unit 24/7.

The lady I worked with was very friendly and nice. Explained everything very well. Well besides the lock but I didn't have to buy one so all was good in the hood. Lol.

I had had a fabulous experience for the first four days there. Indeed I had given a exemplary review of the establishment to Google. Two days before I have been there late and someone photographed me sitting in the chair outside the door of my unit. From this photo alone they did extrapolate that I was living in my storage and they Banned Me from being there in other than office hours. I consequently now have to move to another companies facility so I can access my property. All in all very disheartening and inconvenient. Not to mention all the additional expenses and trouble of relocating.

Excellent location and Dottie and Tammy are super helpful, kind and courteous. They always take good care of me and answer my questions.

I called Public Storage and received good guidance about the kind of unit I should reserve. I then made the reservation online and received a call scheduling my move in. The staff on site were very helpful.

I love the person who helped us out. Very friendly and approachable. Love the cheap prices and deals u get there. It's perfect for me to store my stuff in.

Customer service great got a great deal alll my questions were answered and any fears relieved... Person has worked there 16 yrs and was awesome.

Representative of company was nice and understanding. Set me up with ease, no time at all.

The security is great. I feel comfortable having my things stored there and thats a relief. Price is good, plenty of room. I do wish I could get in there 24 hours though. I work off tour shifts so sometimes I have to get in there at odd times. Its kind of like, "My stuff" and "My bill" every month, if everythings automated then why are there hours of operation? That would be the only thing that would deter me from using Public Storage in the future. Oh, and there was some $500.00 give away thing I guess. Who won? Or, I guess I always question things like that as, "Did anyone really win? Or is it just a marketing ploy?" I think it might just be a marketing tool. You know, like people see "Ooooh, I could win $500.00." and make a decision on who gets their business based on something like that, but no one actually ever wins; so you just assume someone did and it wasn't you. I've never won, or even heard of anyone who knows of someone who heard of a guy who won something like this LOL. The odds can't be that bad.

Great person at the office. Easy to talk to and she also knew what she was talking about.
