Lots of cottonwood in space, first space smelled of cigarettes. Person on phone helping me was great. He knew customer service well

They significantly overcharged me and failed to provide a unit at the location I made my reservation at.

Good communication. I mean customer service. Directions were right on.

Electricity, cleanliness, communication and safety!

It was extremely clean, there is electricity so I was able to see everything, the perfect move in reach unit!

I was informed this space would should a 1 bedroom apartment. 8t does not work for my belongings.

Does the job - some confusion in access code but easily resolved.

I love that it has 2 doors to my storage and the facility has 24 security and open 7 days a week.

Do not patronize! 1) Bait and switch pricing went from ~90/month to $190/month 2) Most important -- they "lost" all my household goods from unit and will not take responsibility. We stored our entire household, lifetime of goods, at the Sylvan Street in November2022 ; paid monthly direct from bank. When we went to retrieve our property in July 2024 we discovered to our horror that Gopher had emptied our assigned unit and filled it with somebody else's stuff. Our goods were neatly packaged and stored -- obviously a household. Gopher has become unresponsive as we try to seek an explanation and redress. Their representative, Dylan, talks a good game but becomes a ghost when it's time to deliver.

Registration was over the phone. Fast and easy. Was able to get my units right from my couch.
