Do not patronize! 1) Bait and switch pricing went from ~90/month to $190/month 2) Most important -- they "lost" all my household goods from unit and will not take responsibility. We stored our entire household, lifetime of goods, at the Sylvan Street in November2022 ; paid monthly direct from bank. When we went to retrieve our property in July 2024 we discovered to our horror that Gopher had emptied our assigned unit and filled it with somebody else's stuff. Our goods were neatly packaged and stored -- obviously a household. Gopher has become unresponsive as we try to seek an explanation and redress. Their representative, Dylan, talks a good game but becomes a ghost when it's time to deliver.
