Reservation process was very smooth and easy. Online, however the manager called immediately and offered to set up time for a visit. Eve in Eagan was great. Very helpful. Facility is clean and feels quite secure. Bonus - easy entry and exit with the app. Hours are good.

The low prices are great. It has been quite dirty on the grounds and customer service had been non-existent but I met a new(?) employee/manager(?) who was very helpful and friendly and it looks like they are cleaning the place up.

I rated this place higher the 1st time around however I was given false information, twice & when I called to address it, the owner refused to even back up their promise. Unfortunately all my belongings are already in the storage, so I have no choice but to leave it there until my move. I will never rent there again.

This Public Storage location was extremely convenient to my future apartment, so I went with them. Online reservation is convenient, but you still have to contact them personally by phone or in-person to confirm the unit and rental payment. They will not hold/reserve the unit longer than a couple of days if you don't answer their calls during business hours right away. Which was difficult when I was working 2 jobs. However, even with a 50% Off 1st Month's Rent, I left the office paying $167 for my first month for a 5x10 unit. I was beyond disappointed with that, especially when a bill for the second month was only $145 flat. They charge you administrative fees, require you to pay for their insurance (whether minimum or maximum), and also tack on $20 for the lock. Why offer a discount, when they hardly apply to your rental at all? If this rental wasn't needed somewhat last-minute, I would have shopped around for a more affordable alternative. I also wouldn't believe the "Pay $1 for 1st Month" advertisements, based on my situation with the 50% Off discount. The office staff was very nice, and the units themselves need some outside maintenance.

I was so impressed by the staff. I was called shortly after I reserved a unit online. The woman was pleasant and gave me all the info I needed. When I came in to sign papers and see the unit I was greeted by the same woman (sorry, I don't remember her name). She was wonderful and took all the time needed to answer my questions. Very satisfied!!!

This is the best concept since sliced bread. I cleaned out all my storage closets in our one bedroom apartment, and now I can keep it somewhere else. Thank you Public Storage. In all actuality, I am appreciative of added space at home and the convenience of being able to go to the storage place when I need to.
