Public Storage - Inver Grove Heights - 9725 S Robert Trail

Overall, I'm impressed with the facility and it's location. My only complaint would be the tight spot I have to back my trailer/boat into. There's a building across from the open parking spots and the front of my truck is very tight squeeze to turn the boat into my spot. Can't complain for the cost though...

I reserved a spot in the morning as I needed a place to put my trailer. I spent all day getting my trailers out from where I always storing them prior to public storage. I got to your facility after 6 pm only to find that there was no way I'd be able to get my trailer in the spot given. I called the number I had called that morning, explained the situation, was told to hold and he woukd transfer me to the right department..about 20 minutes later someone answered and couldn't help and asked me to hold so I could get transfered again. There goes another 20 minutes at least. When I finally dis get to a person that could help it was very difficult to understand what she was saying as her English wasnt the best.so another 20 minut3s in the phone trying to fix the problem.she found another spot for me, I got charged another dollar for transferring something that wasn't my fault, I found the space she gave me and finally after over another hour in my long day dropping the trailer and securing it, this whole process took approx an hour and a half of my time which I was TRYING to avoid, that why I wanted to set it up that morning. I am thankful the last person I spoke with was able to find another space even though it took time. This was my experience. There's lots of room for improvement so it doesn't happen to someone else.

The property is well taken care of . Super clean. Very easy to access. On line reservations was easy. One con was lack of parking for people who came to help unload truck. Would recommend to others.

Great experience. Easy to get in.

It's a big facility. Once you're through the gate adds the buildings are numbered A,B,C, and so on. Just drive up to the unit and unload. Can't ask for anything better than that.

Found us cheap, temporary parking for our RV while out of town. Thanks so much for the help in finding us a place that was close to MSP but far enough away from the city.

I went there, checked it out and will be moving in in the next fortnight or so.

When I moved into my unit I noticed about a dozen used hypodermic needles laying on the ground close to my unit. I'm concerned about my safety when I see this and if this place is the cleanest.

Friendly helpful staff.Had to store an rv.Check-in was easy and Rachel showed us the spot to park.easy fast and a big load off my shoulders as it was winter and i needed to get the rv in a spot off the street.
