Check in was good. Snow plow truck was there when i was and did not plow the entry/exit well. I had great difficulty getting out of lot. Took 4 attempts the first time. I went and spoke to the manager about it when i came back the next day the lot was worse. It was pure ice from my car to the door to get into locker/ very dangerous, no salt or sand was put down and the exit was worse than the first day. My car almost hit the pole trying to drive away from entry pad. It took 3 attempts to punch in key pad, walk across solid slippery ice to get to my car and up the ice before the gate closed.

The facility has a live in manager there which is nice and he definitely knows the answers to any question you could have (he was able to answer all of my questions w/out hesitation) plus he is very accommodating!!

Doors are dented and the 'sweep' is totally shot. The 'hole' that the barrel lock goes in is hard to line up. On-site mgmt is good - very helpful. Too bad there's not contracts beyond month to month. Generally good - room to improve.

I was told I can return the lock if I have my own lock. After I sign up the next day I notice they give me the unit that force me to use your lock. Even the term and conditions say I can return the lock within 30 days. I ask to switch to the unit that I can use my lock. I see other renters use it. But your staff refuses to accept my request. I may have to look for different place. Thank you.

I got a good deal, was in between moves and needed somewhere to store my stuff. I got a 10x24 temperature controlled unit for the 1$ first month promotion. Only need it for a month! Unit is clean, easy access, and secure. Only thing that kept me from giving 5 stars is the location I'm using only allows access from 6am to 9pm. 24hr access would be better.

The staff (on the phone and in person) were very helpful. We were a little surprised about the insurance coverage required. Insurance coverage should be clearly stated on the website or mentioned when calling ahead to make a reservation. It wasn't until we were paying for our $1 for the first month plus $20 registration fee when they added in the mandatory insurance required for $11 more. The amount wasn't an issue but the way it was brought to my attention was. Again, other than that, the process went smoothly.

I was at the facility on Tuesday night after the snow fall last Monday, and I was not too pleased that the snow is not shoveled up close to the building by the doors or the key code keypad. I did not have boots on and I had to stand in 4 inches of snow. I also hand to walk through snow to take my things into the storage area. I would hope the one foot section that the snow plow can not get would be shoveled in the future. It was very slippery and I almost fell on the icy conditions. I will be stopping numerous times in the next two weeks and hope that the lot and area close to the doors by the building will be cleared of snow much better.
