I was one minute late leaving on my first day and I got a shitty email and I feel like it was false advertising because they never told me about the insurance that was necessary and they said it first month was a dollar well no it was not it was 92

I was in the middle of an interesting time when I needed to rent a storage unit via the internet. It was also the weekend directly before the 4th of July holiday.we got to the storage it was the afternoon of July 2nd and the Twin Cities was hot and sticky. The attendent came in on a Sunday and when we were talking she suggested we would move to a different sized unit based on our description of what we needed to store. I was so very grateful. The money was not alot more and she was so very right. She was also very kind to us. She went above and beyond in our case. Friendly and professional. If this is the usual caliber of their employees they must hire the best of the best people. Thanks Public Storage for the great treatment.
