The place was clean, the employee was very helpful and pleasant, I feel like our property will be safe here.

We are renting a temperature controlled unit. Loading was so easy; carts and elevators just inside the loading area. Our unit was clean on arrival and the entire complex was clean. Monthly rent is a good price.

I felt like a mouse in a maze. There's a map on the wall but it's hard to orientate to it when it is landscape when it should be portrait. Then trying to find the elevator on the way out? There should be signs posted through out the place showing where to FIND the elevator! There are green exit lights but they're are way above and doesn't really help. Didn't know the 3 floor building is hard to access after hours. My instructions says bldg F but the building is actually 6. It can be a lot better if you fix the map and arrows. A consultant could be useful.

Was grateful to find available space so close to a current need for storage. Our drop off went smoothly - the site is secure - the storage facility is very user friendly and clean - and the use of functional digital technology was appreciated.

Moved in after snow, lanes were plowed and easy to access space. Everything went smoothly.

I winged it for my first day so I had to learn procedures on each step that requires you to enter your code . I was in the controlled climate on the third floor. Moving big items will be a challenge like mattresses and oversized furniture.

Being out of town and finding storage for a 20' boat is by no means an easy task, the process with Public Storage and especially Tiffany's attention to my special needs and details went so smooth I really could not believe it. It's a Pleasure to deal with another Professional !

I do recommend putting a sign on the building that matches the directions you provide. Everything said to go to Bldg F, which doesn't exist. The building has a sign that says B.

I have rented storage at the Stillwater Public Storage facility several times, and the customer service and the facility itself are top-notch, every time. The people are always friendly and helpful, making sure I get the best fit for my storage needs. It really is a pleasure doing business with them, and the prices are very fair. I absolutely recommend them!

Call center info was inaccurate on a couple of points (site did not have 10'X5' units available only 5'X10' with a narrower door; wasn't able to finish registration online since I was using my own insurance), but everyone at call center and on site was friendly and helpful. Secure, clean storage unit for a low rate--definitely a good deal!

When I came Feb. 2nd Nancy was very helpful. Had some problems at first figuring out getting in and out but now I think I have it figured out. Ha! Thank you for your help and kindness

Main exit door still not fixed. Elevators did not work, no answer on intercom. Myself and another couple could get the elevator door open but it would not move, and yes we pressed all the buttons correctly. Finally got an answer on the phone call to the office. A gal came and questioned us saying we probably didn't enter the code correctly. We did the worked for the first trip after many tries and then quit working. Of course they both worked after she came. Said she had fixed the exit door two days ago. I doubt that as it looked exactly the same as it did on Monday. 15 minute drop took an hour. Not happy abou that.

Excellent customer service. Tiffany - and the whole crew - were very friendly and professional. Made sure I got the unit I needed and also made sure I got the best pricing possible, with the least possible paperwork, which I really appreciated! This crew is being very conscientious about keeping customers safe during the pandemic, so I felt very safe doing business with them and going through the rental process. When I made the reservation, they contacted me quickly to make sure I knew how the process worked, and set up an appointment so I wouldn't show up unexpectedly and have to wait. The facility itself is very clean and well-lit and feels very secure. Definitely recommend!

We rented a climate controlled 10x10 unit to store half our life while our house is being built and we move from NE. We were able to do all our paperwork setup over the phone and got everything set up so we could just head in. For the price I expected the unit to be run down a bit, but as we pulled up we found a very secure, super clean, and what we found out to be, a brand new storage unit. Amazing from set up to loading up!

Public Storage is a Great Place to store your stuff and the prices are very reasonable if you go online. Staff is very friendly at the Stillwater MN. store too! The only thing I would change is the insurance policy because I do not think we should be required to carry it.

Your employees at the storage were very helpful and great to work with. I have rented from public storage before but I think that you should tell everyone that storage insurance is not optional but a required fee upfront. That was what irritated me when I first rented from you. I like to know exactly what I am required to pay, not when I'm signing the papers and then finding out. Thank you, J

I used the facility for approximately 5 months. I never had an issue. The facility was in good condition-they even filled potholes over the summer. The only 'issue' I had was when I switched to another Public Storage facility (to be closer to where we live). The manager Tamika exhibited over the top customer service with resolving my issue. Tamika was able to work through the 'system' to resolve the issue that had developed. She did not have to do anything, and it could have been one of those situations where 'it is what it is' and I would have been left feeling frustrated with how things turned out. Fortunately, Tamika understood the situation and worked many different options to find a positive resolution for me. I appreciated her effort and her dedication to providing exceptional customer service. Thanks Tamika!

I stopped in for a unit Tamika was so helpful because she didn't have the size I needed she took the time out to find me what I needed at another location and was able to get a nice price with a move in deal that worked for me she was so understanding and helpful I never had service like this before she is amazing and I would send any and everyone I know here she is super kind she made my day

I found the staff to be knowledgeable and friendly. It does meet a short term need. I think it is pricey for a small unit. I am also not keen on the fact that they are not climate controlled. But all in all it will do.

initially my visit was great,as a woman with a disability the man in the office couldnt have been nicer.he allowed my daughter to check the unit nd even put their lock on the unit till she brought our own lock bck.upon doing that they were told they werent authorized to remove their lock so it could be replced with our own becuse i wasnt there.they knew my daughter and grandsons would be loading the storage room for me .so it took another trip to get this done and now waiting another common day off to offload my truck.very inconvenient for me hopefully the remainder of my rentl will go smoother

I rented one of the climate controlled units and was happy to see metal walls and a dry cement floor and a chicken wire ceiling. There is a cart to help me get my stuff to the unit and staff are very knowledgeable and nice people.

Except, the gate to get in has been not in operating order, you have to enter into the exit what does not seam to be so secure

Went in for a second unit, as we are moving. Only need it for two months. Staff was great and explained everything to us. No high pressure sales for boxes or their materials.

Very friendly and informative about her job! I would recommend Public Storage to everyone I know looking for a long term or short term solution to a storage need!
