Nancy was wonderful- we needed a storage unit that day due to my daughter moving out of her apartment and going into a smaller space- and Nancy rescheduled her lunch break so we could get into the unit as quickly as possible. Helped us pick the right size unit, and explained the promotional pricing for the current summer special. She was a no-rush, answer all the questions, and made what could have been a much more stressful experience better. I'd definitely use this Public Storage location again!

Staff here has always been excellent. A bit dated facility. No video cameras and security is only the gate and fence. We've been told this may change. Location is very convenient.

The property managers have been helpful and the unit was clean, well maintained and ready for me to move into. The only needed improvement I can think of is a better marking of the traffic flow. To access the only exit keypad, you have to leave by one specific route, which is not marked. When the gate is left open you can exit from either direction. When it is not, the keypad can only be accessed from one direction without exiting your vehicle. I understand the need for a consistent direction of the traffic flow and it should be clearly marked with signs and/or pavement markings.

I called and told public storage about the unit behind us was pushed into our side,and takes away from us putting our boxes straight up..That was 4 weeks ago.heard nothing back .so I went in to see what was done,not one thing.Very disappointed .I am paying $110.00 a month.sad that I haven't heard a word..
