Public Storage - White Bear Lake - 1830 Buerkle Road

Need someone to remove grease spill on floor! We tried to remove, but will require grease removal chemicals. Covered with plastic. Please remove!

They endlessly called me for 2 straight days days and when I was finally able to answer that had me schedule a time to come in, sign my lease, and get the unit. I come in at 10AM (the time we had scheduled on the phone) and there was nobody there. Waited a half an hour, tried calling- nothing. Finally went online and got a storage unit down the street which was way easier than this place. Called and left several voice messages that were never given a call back. Very poor service for a place that claims to “care about their customers”.

Showing its age. Could use roof and asphalt repairs.

I have always been treated fairly and honestly by Public Storage. I have had storage for over 15 years and it works well.

I reciently rented a small storage unit, I bought a heavy Master lock costing $30.00 that did not fit the holes on the door lock of the unit, so I had to buy another lock... other than that issue I was satisified.

very helpful and polite, clean and secure facility. I think the fees and monthly rental charges could be a bit less expensive especially when you are renting multiple units. That said I would recommend Public Storage to all.

I showed up without an appointment. Paul was very helpful, accommodating, and efficient. I was in and out in no time thanks to his familiarity with the process. I would recommend them to anyone in the area needing a friendly, secure, and professional storage facility.

Manager at storage, Paul, went put of his way to help me obtain a unit. I called the call center to reserve a unit and apparently something went wrong. I got to storage and was informed by Paul there was no unit reserved. Paul sat down, did paper work and got me a unit. I was in a very stressful situation and Paul made it easy for me. I thank him and Nancy for doing an awesome job!!! Good people to work with for your storage needs.

I stored here a couple years ago, and I used them at the time, for about 3 years. The experience was always pleasant, staff was always polite and welcoming. Nancy did my initial walk through when I rented my space, and she also did my exit with me, she was always a pleasure to talk to, always smiling and making sure everything was going well. If I ever needed storage again, it would definitely be here! ??

Excellent place to store your stuff. Had no issues, nice secure access and cameras all over the facility. Very friendly staff and always willing to answer any questions if needed. Paul was awesome with checking me in and out. Very clean facility and well maintained.

I had a really good experience. It was a busy Saturday at the beginning of the month and I was treated respectfully and with my time and convenience at the forefront.

Nancy at this Public Storage location gave me and my boyfriend, Jerad, stellar service. She was super kind and very helpful. We were able to access our storage unit quickly after registration and we had all our questions answered. She was also as accommodating as she could be to our requests. We got a great deal for our storage unit! Definitely recommend this location to others!

The only regret I have is the hours. I wish we would be able yo have longer hours. Instead of 9-6 Mon-Friday 9-5on weekends

Wish the driveway to the units was cleaned. There have been nails and other small metal items in my tires. Unit was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful.

Was very please with the staff that helped me get a storage area that I could afford and it was large enough to hold all of my belonging. My items were safely stored and will spread the word on my happiness with selecting Public Sotrage.

My daughter passed in May. Had to empty her home out. Her two children needed a quick place to hold their belongings for a short time. My place too small. Public Storage took care of our needs, in a pinch! The children didn't have to worry about the things they're keeping nor be rushed to sort thru what stays or goes. Releived a lot of frustration on all of us. Three months later, one child has sorted and cleared their things. Took a huge load off their sholders. I expect the other child will finalize their belongings soon. I appreciate the month to month: no annual committment. Like I said "in a pinch". Public Storage and the team there in White Bear Lake, MN are wonderful and just what we needed during our time of lost and recoup.

I had extra family coming to stay a few weeks, so I needed to move a few things out to make room for them. I knew Public Storage was nearby so I thought I would give them a try. I found Nancy very helpful, she sat me up with a small storeroom that was perfect for my needs. I would recommend Public Storage to my friends based on my experience..
