Would be nice if there were more of the platform carts around. I am 64 and it's hard to get things to my unit without a cart. Otherwise no complaints. Staff have been very helpful when I have needed their assistance. Very clean.

The manager at the location on Wooddale in Woodbury was very nice and knowledgeable. She was a big help. Many thanks to her. The woman who took my original reservation on the phone wasn't very knowledgeable at all. Also, I thought when I'd "reserved" a certain unit there online, it was mine. It's a good thing I stopped in the next day to check the size. The unit wasn't mine until I actually paid for it! So much for "reservations". This wasn't made clear to me at all. Nice, clean location and easy access, though. Seems like a very safe neighborhood, too.

I had 2 very helpful people. 1 got my information, explained everything in detail, showed me the unit that I was renting, patient, very courteous and the other was the site manager. I had purchased a lock for my unit but it was the wrong type but she gave me a lock to use. While I was there, I was concerned about a car parked right outside the business and she made sure that I was safe and walked me to my vehicle. She told me directions that would be bring me back to around to public storage and said she will be watching to see if i retuned and said that if I did, she would immediately open the gates for me and call the police. Outstanding service and help!

Everything seemed to go okay, the only issue was the two big storage doors garage doors that open right by my storage unit were broken. They said it would be a couple of weeks before they repaired. I should be moved in before that, so it's a little inconvenient. Thank you

I'm currently using 2 different PS locations, and both are convenient, clean, and easily accessible with a truck. The personnel in the office take the time to explain all available options, and without being pushy, they're very helpful in determining the amount of space needed.

The summer months are busy at Public Storage. I knew at the beginning of the month I would need to rent a storage unit, but according to policy for all facilities I had to wait until 7 days prior to my date of entry to reserve a unit. That was a little stressful! Crossed my fingers and waited and made the reservation 7 days before my scheduled move. A representation called from the location and said I would need to come in and start renting the unit sooner, because she wasn't positive it would be available when I needed it. OK, that's understandable. Overall, the property is decently maintained and I appreciate the security. NOTE: Each property requires a different type of lock so each time I've rented from Public Storage, I've had to buy a different lock. NOTE: Some properties write the gate code in the Gate Code field on the contract envelope. This property (Woodbury, MN Hudson Blvd property) doesn't write the gate code on the envelope. Be sure you have the card on which the gate code is written. Overall I am satisfied w/ my experience using Public Storage.
