Town Centre Self Storage

The facility is conveniently located, fairly priced, and the staff has been both helpful and courteous. My only disappointment is that the rubber strip at the bottom of the door is totally disintegrated from age, which leaves a gap that is open to water during a hard rain. In fairness, I have not spoken to the facility manager about this yet. But it is so obvious that it seems it would have been fixed as part of general maintenance.

Jaden was extremely helpful, the paperwork process was very quick and easy.

I do not have a negative comment about this place. Everything has gone to plan, with great customer service. The location was convenient for me and was priced at, or below the competitors.

Gate did work properly, there is also not much driving space for larger vehicles to make turn or drive along the sides of the units because they store all of their moving vehicles there.

I moved into the space as planned. The code is set up when I made the reservation didn't work but the owner Tabitha answered the phone immediately and helped me access the space. Was pleased at how easy to use the space has been so far and impressed with everyone's friendliness.

I went in and she was able to help me get the storage set up and showed me where it was and how to get in.

Pricing ended up higher than expected but staff was great

I highly recommend Town Center Storage. Every transaction has gone smoothly. The Customer Service has been personable and professional at all times. I always walk away having a sense that these people and care about myself as a customer.

Clean, convenient, and affordable.

It was $160 a month for a 10' by 15' unit. However I reserved a supposed 5' by 10' online, but when I got there it seemed more like a 3' by 5'. They lady working there was super helpful with getting me a different unit but it is still very expensive for one month.

Found a great deal online, and had such an easy moving experience...Thanks to Amanda and her fabulous customer service! Great convenient location!

I will recommend this storage place to all people who need it, their very friendly handle business well and you can't beat the price (believe me I looked.)

The staff was very accommodating with great communication. They event lent me a temporary padlock because I forgot mine even though there were locks to purchase on-site. There are only two minor complaints. One being that the unit was not swept out. The other being there was no security key pad to get into the unit. All the others seemed to have this feature except for this unit.
