This facility is very clean and signing up online was a breeze thanks to the simple and straightforward process. They also have excellent security. While I havenﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t had the chance to interact with customer service yet, Im confident they are just as great. Overall, I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone looking for reliable storage!

Reserved my storage unit on the web fast and easy with a later move in date. When we secured the unit Melissa was very friendly and had outstanding customer service. She explained everything and told us that if we had any questions or concerns, she was available to assist us in any way. Melissa walked us through the facility to view and familiarize us with our space. Very clean and the perfect size for our needs. I would definitely recommend Life Storage to anyone in need of storage space.

We just signed up for storage here. They were extremely friendly over the phone, I received a text and email as soon as I hung up with them. Upon going into the store to see the facility and set up payment, the young lady at the front desk was very nice. She explained everything, and told us not to hesitate to ask any questions. It was a lot of information to take in, but she was very friendly the whole time. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m excited to get our stuff into our unit, especially knowing thereﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s approachable people working there

I didnt have the greatest experience when signing up - I was told one price over the phone, which is what prompted me to come in, and then upon arrival, I was told a higher price. No attempt to satisfy that I had been misinformed. The price was very 'take it or leave it'. This alone was annoying, but I went with it. Now, several months later, my account attempted to auto draft from my account just at the most perfect time when my bank info had been fraudulently taken. My card was deactivated, and because of this, I received a steep late fee of $20 (mind you, this was the first time I had been late on a payment). After discussing with the rep on the phone, which I later found out was the manager, I was told that they only waive late fees if it was LifeStorage's fault - not even for stolen bank info. WOW. Money hungry is what I call that... As soon as this COVID mess has disappeared, I will be switching to a different storage rental company.

This is my 1st time renting a storage spot. My move has been soooo stressful and these ladies go out of their way to not only rent you a spot but listen to your needs and go out of their way to make you feel welcome!!! Such a great experience here.

I came just as it was time for the employees to go to lunch. Instead of asking me to come back the employee waited and was very patient with me and was sure to check that I would be able to access everything by myself.

I reserved my unit online then went in the next morning to finish the paper work. The owner was there and was extremely nice and helpful. She told me about how they recently acquired the property and was honest with me about issues without me even having to ask. It was great that she was willing to be upfront about everything. Security is great and in place in multiple locations but is very easy to use if you belong there (not trying to break in). Pricing is great and I love that I'm not obligated to rent for an extended period of time and don't have to give any move-out notice!

Best experience I've had with storage, Clean climate control locker and caring staff made this a good experience, nice online discount too!
