As soon as we made our reservation with SquareFoot, we received a phone call within the hour confirming our reservation and setting up specifics. Once I arrived at the facility, we were warmly greeted and helped quickly. It was an overall great experience.

I had to reschedule once due to work and they were fine with that and didn't make any issue. They were flexible on if I need to upgrade to a larger unit later. I took one star off as I don't like to be forced to buy insurance but the price was not to bad none the less. I was going to take a star off for some wasp nest mud dauber but found out they don't sting humans and they eat black widow and other spiders which are often a problem in storage units.
