Janice was awesome to work with. She got us in on short notice and when we realized mid move our unit wasn't big enough, she found us a bigger unit really close to the unit we were using. Definitely recommend this place to others.

The clerk was about to NOT let me move in. He made two phone calls because the price listed on their computer was higher than the price per month that I was quoted. I finally told the clerk to call his manager back and I spoke to the manager who agreed to let me move in with the price quote that I had via two emails that I had on my phone. It was a very frustrating move in. I took the day off work and had people scheduled to move items into my storage unit. Luckily in the end everything worked out, but it wouldn't have if I didn't speak up.
