Storage Masters - Chesterfield

I went into the store four times on March 4 at 2:30 3:30 and 4 PM. I was told by Victoria to come in between the hours of 10 AM and 5 PM so I could look at the unit and talk to Kaitlin the manager. No one was there I called. I came back several times and still no one was there. I had already made my online reservation. I was planning to move in on that Friday the fifth instead I had to call the 800 number talk to Rich and see what the problem was. I went in on Friday the fifth and the manager. Kaitlyn was not friendly nor very accommodating if I wasn’t in such a time crunch, I would’ve canceled my reservations and gone somewhere else. Rich was able to help me to make sure the store was opened. If Kaitlin is your Manager, you have problems. She is very unfriendly doesn’t appear to like her job or working in the customer service industry.

This facility is clean, organized and easy to navigate.Nicole was the consultant I worked with to select a storage unit. She was very professional, knowledgeable and brings joy to the atmosphere. Will definitely tell people to ask for her when in need of a storage unit. Over Storage masters is great but should consider mabey a small solar light for some of the units .

The place is clean. They are doing upgrades in the drainage and concrete areas impacting access temporarily which is inconvenient but otherwise needed. Like the security of the facility. It is close by so easy to access.

I had a very easy and productive move. I worked with Mike at the Chesterfield location and he was extremely helpful. He genuinely cared about me and the process of moving my mother's belongings. I didn't feel pressured to sign up. I was able to use their moving truck which saved me a lot of money. The size and price were what I was looking for. We were moving from a other storage where I was paying 3 times more. So far I am happy with the service.

Excellent customer service by Mike! Friendly and helpful. Easy and quick access to storage space. Very safe and secure Would highly recommend to everyone.

Made reservation online. Mike called next day to confirm and go over what I would need when I came in. The whole process from beginning to end was professional ... Mike was well versed and extremely helpful. Would recommend this facility and Mike to absolutely everyone!

Billy was able to promptly assist, answered my questions and identified the proper storage option for us. The unit was clean. The paperwork was electronic and correspondence was timely.

A super-great experience from start to finish! Found you on-line but called help-line for questions. Joseph was patient, thorough & awesome & got me set up for move-in three days later. Then wonderful Clarence contacted me & kept me moving in the right directions. Also incredibly thourigh & professional!! I visited him at the site where thoughtfully showed me three different units / sizes to be sure of my needs. The facility is extremely secure & surprisingly tidy & clean throughout. The paperwork process was also expedient. On move-in day the lovely maintenance gentleman even brought our crew of four ‘bottled water’ without us even asking!! Oh yeah!... AND they ‘gave’ me my brand new lock!! That was a nice surprise too & Storage Masters of Chesterfield is an awesome place to do the business of that!!

Great people and convenient location. Only downside is there arenﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t any Dollyﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s for use.

I was very happy when I moved into this facility. I loved that they will allow their clients use their moving truck for basically nothing when you move into the unit. The customer service that I received also was great. The people here really seem to care about you and are very helpful.

I had difficulty reaching someone due to phone changes and when I was checking in the computer was down. A diagram of the facility to locate unit would be helpful.

The service is outstanding. Mark helped me choose the appropriate size storage unit. He was very pleasant and helpful. I rented the moving truck and he helped me with the paperwork as well. I was very, very impressed. Mark is the main reason that I would recommend this facility to everyone.

Moved out before the 6th and failed to receive credit for the month, FIVE attempts at trying to hook up with GM Brian Wofford have FAILED to get ANY response, Will not recommend and we were customers for NINE years.

Apart from the fact that there was no record of the reservation I had made through Sparefoot, the rest of the experience was pleasant and the prob lem was very efficiently handled.
