Everything went smoothly. I even showed up before business hours and was taken care of.

I am extremely disappointed about the price I had to pay. I rented the same size unit here last year and paid under $50, but paid $200 this time. They offered a special last year where your first month was free. The same special was listed on their website this year, but they would not honor it. I was told they gave the deal to too many people already. I explained it was posted on their website and that I was a returning customer. I asked if I could please have any type of break, even the $20 administrative fee, because I am laid off and collecting unemployment and anything would help. I was told a manager would call me back regarding my request. She did call me but she was calling for my payment info. She told me I better grab the unit before someone else takes it because there is nothing else. I feel taken advantage of and think it is ridiculous that I am paying $200 for a unit I will use for 21 days.
