There's actual real human being there to help you out! Both the people I interacted with on the phone and the one that I met face to face were wonderful. Customer service is great. Received a good deal on the first 4 months rent and they were particularly helpful in helping me decide which size of storage I would need. Highly recommend!

The lady that works there is amazing but the prices are way to high.

Everything went well. I had to wait a bit, while the two clerks were helping another customer but that is not a problem. The clerks didn't tell me how to open the door, that there is a foot peddle you have to stand on the release the catch. The handle is pretty rusted compared to the other doors I checked. But again, everything went well.

Professional service, clean, and secure. Lauren is an absolute gem! With Mike as her wing man, they are a dynamic team. I would recommend this location without reservation.

Sparefoot found a storage unit available immediately after another company cancelled my reservation the day of move in. They made sure I was able to move into this one without an issue. Autumn was fantastic customer service representative and handled everything perfectly.

It's a very nice facility and easy to find. The units are clean and very good sizes. It was easy to fill the unit and also easy to access the entry to the place. I was very pleased with the place. I'm afraid the price could prove to be a little bit high for me. I'm on a fixed income and it could be a bit of a problem to pay. All in all though, the place is very handy and easy to use.

I never use an storage before. I reserved my storage online just to make my process a lot easier but when I seen the storage it was way too small. The person that was working there, oh my I forgot her name. She helped me out a lot and I really appreciated her for helping me. She gotten me into a space that was big enough for all of my items because the small was no way I was going to fit anything in there.

Easy check in and friendly staff. This is the second time I rented from here. Unit was clean and cameras everywhere so I felt safe moving in the evening. I would rent from here again.

Received great customer service and they were very understanding when we needed to change our check in date. They were very patient as they explained and showed me how to get through the gate.

The prices online do not relect the price we were charged. I reserved a 5x5 at $74.99 and was charged $80 onsite. When that unit was too small, they upgraded me to a 5x10 at $99 per month. Without being able to check this rate against the online rate which is $69.99, I was taken advantage of because I was there unloading and just needed a storage asap. I would not return.

We had an unusual situation to deal with in terms of needing storage. Marty went above and beyond what I would expect of any storage facility. We ended up not needing to store things but if we ever do, you will be first on our list!! All companies should have employees like Marty!

Marty was very helpful and showed me various size units. The facility was neat and clean and security is a priority. The manager lives on site.
