We needed indoor storage for our powerboat and 13x36 for $250mo is a great price for waiting until the end of season. Large 14ft ceilings and large 12ft doors make it easy to pull boat into unit. Electricity and lights come with rental.

I said previously that 10' isn't enough for outside camper storage.... maybe it's my parking that needs to improve. Great owner and prorated first month. Makes it so affordable!
