We needed indoor storage for our powerboat and 13x36 for $250mo is a great price for waiting until the end of season. Large 14ft ceilings and large 12ft doors make it easy to pull boat into unit. Electricity and lights come with rental.

Manager was super accommodating to help me out in a rough situation. Facility was clean but we were concerned about a few who seemed to be living in some of the units.

Storage unit door needed repairs. Unit needs cleaning. However, I was told both issues would be addressed prior to my arrival on the 20th.
