I had to walk through a locked door, down a hallway to another locked room that I put my stored items into. Inconvenient

Automatic front door to newer storage building not functioning properly. Gets stuck in open position, then when closed by hand, doesn't lock. Not good for utility bills, or security

Right near I-44 and easy to get in & out. Life Storage van was clean and large with slide resistant cargo bed and plenty of tie down fasteners. Building is very secure with pass code gate and building door-then your lock on the locker. Electrical is a few feet away so you can plug in your own lamp-unplug when you leave. No humidity control, but temperature is maintained in range of 50-80F. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

I was in and out quickly getting my storage unit and when there was a problem with the unit it was replaced just as quick as it was to sign the papers.

I would recommend Uncle Bob's, better than my Uncle Joey, who would just steal my stuff!

The only complaint I have is it cost us $2000 for the year to store $4000 dollars worth of stuff. If a person needs to store items that are very costly this place can do it securely. Between cameras door switches and other security mechanisms this place is definitely a secure facility.
