Even after changing my mind twice, the staff cheerfully handled the transaction professionally. I did find the unit locked and the floor had not been swept, but the staff handled those issues quickly.

It's a good thing I had a truck or I wouldn't have been able to make it through the driveways between the storage buildings. The holds and crevasses were deep and my uhaul dragged in several spots.

Very helpful. My only complaint would be the phone system. I tried calling directly and it would send me to a call center. This was probably something I did hitting wrong button. But it was the only slight issue I had.
