First, the customer service was great. Second, the vehicle lot is overrun with old trashy cars and is in need of a serious spring cleaning. With that said, the price was unbeatable. Hopefully, the lot gets cleaned up sooner rather than later.

The customer service, cleanliness, professionalism and value at this facility are wonderful. I had another facility arranged, but they ghosted me on my move-in day, so I was upset and very frustrated. I called this company and was directed to Tiffaney's location. She went above and beyond to take care of my needs. I got a great rental space. The whole facility is clean, secure, and it is has outstanding customer service. I definitely recommend this storage facility.

Flood victim recovery ﾃ｢竄ｬﾂｦ.I would like to say thank you the unit. The unit still / needs to be sprayed can for mole do to water.Yes there is a light mole smell that is noticeable. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m glad I had the opportunity to use your service in time of need. Price high $ I feel that you Should have given more of a discount if (2) or more units rented due to the emergency situation understanding that you two are recovering from. Rae Madison

Staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be all of the wasp nest inside of the unit, I am allergic and had to call my husband to get rid of them for me. it would be nice if there was 24hr access.

On site manager was awsome. super friendly made getting a unit of Breeze even after upgrading to a larger Unit Midway through. She made sure everything was set and taking care of before the rental was complete

I belived the amount given on the sit would be what i paid each month rather than one monts discount. I also have my own lock did not know I needed to pay for their lock which adfed to the cost
