Unit great, but disappointed that the admin fee ate up the free month and the company doesn't offer a military discount. The agent working at the store was super sweet and helped us find the unit and work the new locks. She held the unit for us and got us in right away!

Got a 10 x 10 and was halfway into moving in when I realized I needed a larger unit. Upgraded and was told I would have a week to move from the smaller unit instead of today. Very helpful and a cheaper truck for rent.
