Extra Space Storage - 3366 - Florissant - Dunn Road

I completed this last week so I'm unsure why I'm having to repeat this.

Though I've had my things at this facility for a while in climate control, it's unfortunate that others don't follow the rules and mice are present in the units now. That I'm not happy about.

The storage unit was close to the exit and very easy to access and it was the exact size I needed to store my belongings. Thank you

I really liked this storage unit.....at first I was kinda worried because my unit was on second floor...but once i got there and seen everything for myself I felt better....it was very easy and I felt comfortable with security gate...staff that helped me and the facility was clean...I would recommend anybody I know that's looking cause I know if I felt safe and comfortable then they will also....thank you guys!!!!.

We needed a space to put loved ones belongings while we grieved their loss. The unit is in an actual building in a climate controlled space. The building is newer and very clean. It's reassuring to know that our heirlooms are in a protected area until we are ready to go through them.

Move-in went great! Communication was great, customer service was great, everything was as expected.

First time renting storage so not familiar with process. Very helpful, pleasant, and professional. Made it all go quite smoothly. I anticipate that this will be a good facility to use.

Kelly was very friendly and professional and got me in and out with the processing of my storage unit.

Transferring into my unit today was easy. I was set up and ready to go in less than a half hour. Facility was well-lit, though the temp in the indoor area was set to about 55 degrees, still a little chilly inside, even for January.

This is overall a very clean facility. Staff is OK. The only issue I have is that the dolly is sparingly available when I come to the unit with boxes or something that needs a dolly.. it is occasionally/never there!!! Also, the ach debits are attempted earlier than the due date. I guess they want to ensure the money is in their bank on due date vs initiating the debit on the 1st. Which is probably borderline questionable to the contract. And may cause issues!!!! If payment is due on the 1st, can they technically attempt to debit your account prior to this date? Something I will look further into.

When you're spending your money with any place of business you would think that you'd treated with respect. I don't know who their receptionist or cashier is use to dealing with, but she has to realize that no two people are alike no matter their race, gender, religion, or sexual orientation. Period, and I myself will never just sign on no dotted line without reading the fine print I'm sorry! So please if management is going to see this review I repeat please let this lady know that the customer is always right.

Simple, quick, and more amenities than most competitors while remaining cheaper to begin with!
